Panellists
Taimur BAIG, Ph.D., is Managing Director and Chief Economist at DBS Bank. He heads economics as well as macro strategy for interest rate, credit, currency, and equities at DBS Group Research. He also advises the bank on risk management and investment strategy.
David LEE Kuo Chuen is a Professor at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore. He holds numerous other appointments in economics, FinTech and particularly in the Blockchain space.
Darius LIU is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of digital securities platform iSTOX. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including growth via investor and issuer recruitment, he has played a key role in iSTOX’s journey to becoming a regulated financial institution.
Rajeev TUMMALA is a Director in the Digital and Data team for HSBC’s Markets & Securities Services Business in Singapore. He works on the product strategy of HSBC, implementation, and interacts with clients and industry counterparts in regional markets on the overall digital agenda.

Emir HRNJIC is Head of FinTech Training at the Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF), National University of Singapore (NUS). Additionally, he is teaching “Corporate Finance” in the UCLA–NUS Executive MBA and “Corporate Finance and Digital Currencies” in the NUS Executive MBA.

Jin-Chuan Duan is the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Professor of Finance and the Executive Director of the Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Prof Duan is an academician of Academia Sinica, a fellow of the Society for Financial Econometrics, and an advisory board member of the International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers.
